DELIVERY DELAYS AND DAMAGES

  • We partner with reliable shipping vendors, but delays can occur. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please email us with your details, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours. Delayed claims cannot be investigated, and we will not be liable for lost packages after this timeframe.
  • For damaged deliveries, provide an unedited unboxing video and share it within 48 hours. Delayed reports will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
